When are you open?
We are available on the phone 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 09.00 through to 17:30, if you call outside these times or are outside of the UK leave a message and our customer service team will be in touch.
I'm having trouble with Unicast Lite can you help?
If you are having problems using our software and our demonstration videos here don't see you through, you can raise a support call 24 hours a day using our Online support form, one of our support team will respond within 12 business hours.
Where can I find the latest version of your software?
Always ensure you have the latest software installed, the latest software is available from our News Articles section , keep up to date with software releases using our RSS feed, along with details about any fixes that have taken place. The latest software is available FREE download Unicast Lite
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes our online shop HERE provides credit card processing, when you are ready to pay click the Check Out with PayPal option and you will be able to process your purchase using your Credit or Debit card without registering or logging into PayPal.
Do I need to be connected to the internet to register Unicast Lite?
As of version 2.0.2.0 it is possible to register offline, the document below shows how to complete an offline registration.

How do I build suitable marketing media?
Image media can be delivered using standard desktop graphics software such as Paint / Paintshop Pro and Adobe Photoshop,

What delivery services do you use?
BlueAd uses the FedEx Next Day delivery service when we deliver to any address within the UK Mainland and any address overseas.
All orders received before 13:00 Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next delivery. Please ensure you are available at your delivery address to receive the package. If you have concerns about a delivery please contact us on 0800 567 7289 for a FedEx tracking reference, all packages dispatched are insured and traceable.
Tracking Deliveries
Using your FedEx tracking reference you can visit FedEx UK Site to track the progress of your delivery.

We no longer offer white label services to resellers; our technology is not available under any other brand. Our development team work hard to ensure our technology is at the forefront of Bluetooth Marketing, we offer point of sale materials and discount pricing on our full range of products.
Can I collect and pay in person?
If you would like to collect in person please contact our sales team to arrange a suitable collection time, payment on collection is accepted by Credit Card, PayPal or Cash.
